Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Actus Power NPSA-2.5NN-40E3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ctc-Parker-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta-Computer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ctc-Parker-Automation such as the P915PD1A0J4A3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMCSS2PE2BG2 manufactured by Delta-Computer and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta-Computer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RK671013AA by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Alink-M Brand PUFFIN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pertron such as RS232 equipment made by Pertron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pertron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pertron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PHBRMU1000N100 made by Abb as well as the popular RAW2431R original spares produced by Tdk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCE984275 by Modicon and RS232 spares by Pertron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R7044E1092 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
